Rapid prototyping service — production-quality parts, same week.
Most rapid prototyping services stop at "looks right." We build prototypes the way you build production parts — same materials, same tolerances, same QC. So when your prototype is approved, the production run is already de-risked.

What makes it rapid
Upload by 3pm ET on a business day, get a manufacturability review and firm quote the same day. Approved orders enter production that afternoon.
We run FDM, SLA, and MJF in parallel. Your order is routed to whichever machine pool has capacity, and multiple parts from the same order can run on different technologies simultaneously.
Order 1 part or 50. Revise your design overnight and have updated parts in hand by end of week. No mold retool, no file lock.
NYC-area customers can pick up same day or get next-day courier delivery. Out-of-town customers get 2-day express shipping.
Rapid prototyping does not mean low quality
The PETG prototype you get from us today is the same PETG we use for production runs. No bait and switch between prototype material and final material.
Every file is checked by an engineer before it runs. Wall thickness, orientation, support strategy — we catch issues before they become reprints.
Every part is inspected and photographed before it leaves. You get the same quality on a 1-off prototype that you get on a 500-part production order.
Production workflow
Quote
Upload files to the instant quoter or submit a ticket for complex jobs.
Check out online or get a custom invoice once specs are locked.
File review
Files in by 3:30pm — confirmed same day.
File issue? You get specific feedback — walls, orientation, supports.
Production
5,000+ parts a week off the floor. Every job has a named technician.
Track status via chatbot. Automatic notification when it ships.
QA
Every part initialed by the technician who inspected it.
Doesn’t pass? Reprinted immediately. No charge, no back-and-forth.
Dispatch
Notified the moment it ships or is ready for pickup.

Related Comparisons
3D printing for prototyping vs production — how the choices change.
Use FDM or SLA for prototyping — fast, cheap, forgiving of design changes. Switch to MJF for production — stronger, more consistent, cost-effective at scale. For bridge production (50–500 parts while waiting for injection mold tooling), MJF is almost always the right answer. For presentation-grade end-use parts, Industrial SLA takes over.
FDM vs SLA — which 3D printing technology is right for your part?
Choose FDM when cost and speed matter most, or when you need tough engineering thermoplastics (PETG, ASA, PC CF) at larger build volumes. Choose SLA when surface finish, dimensional accuracy, or fine detail resolution is the priority — visual prototypes, snap-fit validation, and presentation models.
Resin vs filament 3D printing — SLA vs FDM for real-world parts.
Choose resin (SLA) when surface finish, dimensional precision, or fine detail resolution are the priority — visual prototypes, snap-fit validation, jewelry patterns, dental models. Choose filament (FDM) when part toughness, cost, build volume, or material breadth matters more — functional prototypes, jigs, outdoor parts, and large structural builds.
