HP Multi Jet Fusion

MJF

HP Multi Jet Fusion fuses nylon powder with infrared energy. Dense, isotropic parts with consistent mechanical properties across the entire build. The machine we run when volume and strength both matter.

HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) combines binder jetting with infrared fusing. An inkjet array deposits fusing agent onto a bed of nylon powder, then an infrared energy source passes over the bed to bond and fuse the particles together layer by layer. This produces the strongest, most consistent production-grade parts in our catalog — with isotropic strength and no need for support structures.
