Where do parts ship from?
All parts ship from our production facility in Brooklyn, New York (ZIP 11205). We do not use fulfillment centers or third-party warehouses — every part is printed, inspected, and packed in our facility.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. We ship to all 50 US states. For international inquiries, contact our team to discuss options.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Local pickup is free at our Brooklyn facility, Monday–Friday 10am–5:30pm ET. Orders approved before 3:30pm are typically ready for same-day pickup.
How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping cost is based on package weight, dimensions, and your delivery address. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your order.
Do you offer rush shipping?
Yes. UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air are available at checkout. For time-critical orders, we can also arrange same-day courier within the NYC metro area.
How are parts packaged?
Standard parts ship in corrugated boxes with foam inserts. Fragile or high-finish parts get individual wrapping. Oversized parts ship on pallets with custom crating.
What if my part arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos. We will reprint and reship at no charge. All shipments are insured.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. All shipments use tracked carriers.
