Post-processing

Standard finishing included with every Elastic order on SLA.

Included (standard)

Support removal— Supports carefully clipped and contact points sanded smooth.
IPA washing— Two isopropyl alcohol bath cycles to remove all uncured resin.
UV post-curing— UV curing chamber completes polymerization for final mechanical properties.
Sanding— Support witness marks sanded flush to consistent smooth matte finish.

Wet sanding— Progressive wet sanding up to 2000 grit for near-polished surfaces.

Polishing— Multi-stage polishing for optical clarity on Clear Resin parts.

Assembly— Multi-piece builds bonded with structural adhesive. Seams filled and sanded.
