The Production Technician is the backbone of daily operations. Your work is what turns a schedule into a shipped order. When you do it right, clients get parts they can trust — on time, every time.

What you'll do
01Load printers and harvest builds — AM and PM, every day
02Post-process FDM and SLA parts: support removal, sanding, finishing, assembly
03Run visual quality checks on every part before it ships
04Label, pack, and dispatch orders on time — no exceptions
05Keep the production floor clean, organized, and moving
06Manage your queue across overlapping jobs and deadlines
07Flag machine issues, failed builds, and material needs immediately
08Assist with light machine maintenance: nozzle swaps, bed leveling, vat cleaning

What you bring
011–2 years in fabrication, production, or a workshop environment
02Familiarity with FDM or SLA 3D printing and finishing techniques
03High attention to detail — quality-first, always
04Strong time management in a high-output setting
05Mechanical aptitude is a strong plus
