How long does it take to get approved for the Startups Program?

After you submit your application, it can take up to 3 business days for your application to be reviewed.

Can I apply my discount to past orders or orders in progress?

No, your Startups Discount is only applicable for future orders after your approval date.

Does this discount apply to shipping/courier costs as well?

The discount does not extend to shipping/courier fees. We do offer free local pick-up though, come give us a visit!

Does this also apply to Design Services?

At the moment, Makelab for Startups is a discount applied only towards 3D printing. However, all other add-ons are fair game! 20% off custom color fees, split & assembly fees, and rush fees!
