As a Production Specialist, you’re the backbone of our operations. Your responsibility is to plan & oversee the successful production of client parts and projects. Your role is to ensure that client parts are dispatched on time and while successfully passing Makelab quality assurance standards. The work you do represents Makelab as a brand, delivering on the highest quality possible.
Your background is in either Industrial Design or Mechanical Engineering, having had a couple of years of professional experience working in a manufacturing role working with similar clients, or in a product development position. You understand the world of product development and understand how Makelab fits into that process. You’ve got an attention to detail like no other and you don’t let things slide that could affect the quality of your work. You’re proactively communicative and not afraid to speak up.
The world of 3D printing excites you, diving into what’s possible with various technologies and materials. You’re a curious mind who is excited to dive deep and learn about this industry and the possibilities of it. We’re looking for someone who is excited by the challenges of working in a startup, doing what is needed to produce successfully for our customers, representing the Makelab brand, and providing a great execution on delivery for our customers.
